How do I add more staff status' for live support? I want to add things like..."out to lunch" or "busy" etc... Is this possible? |

Give this a look: Office Status Module (Free modification) Maybe there is something you can use to hack LS. Cheers, Rich Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client (i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles. Cheers! |

Thanks...I saw this and have the mod but haven't implemented it because I am waiting for V4 so I don't duplicate efforts. However, I like how the live support image changes depending on staff status and this mod doesnt quite address that. |

V4 will take some time before it will be released. Kayako is yet to come out with the alpha version of v4.
