Stop users from changing ticket priority - 04-07-2008, 12:05 PM

Hello,
customers can change the Priority of the case, how i can disable this option?

Hi Valeri,

In the staff control panel, click on the Users tab, followed by Manage Groups. Click on the group(s) whose permissions you wish to change. You'll see an option for allowing or disallowing users of the group to change the ticket priority and status.

If you don't see an option, it means your running a version before the ability for users to change these properties at all.
