Take Away Features from the main support page?

Basically what I'm trying to find out is how to take away the features such as downloads, away?

An answer to this will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Roxanne,

You can enable and disable whether or not these items (called widgets) are displayed for users or unregistered users on a per-usergroup basis. Do this under the staff control panel -> Users -> Manage Groups.
