I've been setting up my SupportSuite and come accorss a issue. I've gone to a URL domain.com - Get online with a domain name and web hosting to see what departments are assigned to the template group. Even though I close the browser next time I just go to domain.com - Get online with a domain name and web hosting it still shows that template group and not the default template group and departments. How do you get SupportSuite to show the default settings again on the PC? |
