Question ticket history in forward mail - 23-05-2007, 01:57 PM

within our company we forward mail tickets. But when those mails arrive there's no history of the ticket in it. Is there an option for this?

Cause right now we either have to copy paste the whole precious ticket or let those people look up the ticket in supportsuite..

Thanks!

Hi Joost,

You have to add the ticket history (there is a drop-down above the ticket edit box when forwarding a ticket, allowing you to Quote posts and the option you want is quote all posts).

You can also add history is all outgoing staff replies by activating the "Send Complete History in Staff Replies" feature under Admin CP > Settings > Tickets
