| tickets with no department / ghost tickets -

hi guys, i have a problem here, i am using kayako with modernbill.
i have created a few test tickets when i installed kayako, and then i have deleted those departments.
when i log in as the user in modernbill, i can view the tickets in ALL departments, even internal . also i see those tickets that have no department.
i have 2 questions:
1 ) how can i make that the user can view ONLY the tickets that he/she created. and not the other queues.
2 ) how can i delete those ghost tickets. if i search by ticket id, as admin, i get an error. ERROR: Unable to load the ticket. You either do not have permissions to the department the ticket resides in or the ticket does not exist |
