Turn Off Support Center for Email and Phone only?

I have a situation where I need to turn off the Support Center and only do phone/email support. I can't figure out what exactly to take out in the ticket templates and which template do I modify?

If your wanting just not to allow access to the front end, you can either password protect the whole directory or do what I have done in the past and add the following to the top of the root index.php file :-

die();

after the <?php part.

I'm asking which email templates do I edit to remove the helpdesk login information? And what do I remove from the email templates?

Oh, it is email_autoresponder.
