17-05-2007, 02:55 PM
Well. We have an application connected to SS through LoginShare. A link to SS from application looks like this: http://support.domain.com/index.php?...ult=1&u_email=name@domain.com&u_passwd=password&u_login=1&group=nl&languagei d=2 Everything works great until user changes emailaddress within application. Link from application changes then to: http://support.domain.com/index.php?...ult=1&u_email=anothername@anotherdomain.com&u_passwd=password&u_login=1&group=nl&languagei d=2 It is strange but with changed email address he still may login to SS from application by above mentioned link I do not understand how this can be yet. I found that it is always possible to login from application with non existing in SS data. Cache and Cookies are empty for sure. I can show you if you want.Even if we change all user's registration data in application and use absolutely different data in the link then it is stored in SS http://support.domain.com/index.php?...ult=1&u_email=anothername@anotherdomain.com&u_passwd=anotherpassword&u_login=1&group=nl&languageid=2 we still can login to SS which shows us old data anyway. Moreover - it is even possible to login to SS manually through login form with once used email address and password from application. Non existing in SS email and password!!! The main problem here is that old email-address is shown and using in SS and tickets are creating from old email stored in SS database so user do not receive replies. Is there any option to synchronize databases of application and SS if users changes his registration data within application? Another question: Our application has also "Name" field and it is also can be changed by user. So we would like to change his name in SS as well as soon as it is changed within application. I suppose that variable "fullname=" must be added to the link but I have no idea how it may be compared with SS database. Any suggestions? |
