Use direct url with username and password to login ?

Hello,

Is it possible to use something like the followint to login to SupportSuite Directly in your address-bar ?

/index.php?u=UserName&p=MyPassword

I can't find the variables for this that quick.

Would be nice !

You are asking for Admin/Staff CP or for the clients? SoftAir has developed an autologon script used for emails. You might want to have a look at it.

I have looked into that, I will further investigate, but I thought I couldn't find it there.

What I see is that when you visit a page directly to an admin page (example, I need this for clients), is that when you are not logged in you get your login-screen and after you entered your name and password and submit, you are stil redirected to the page you wanted to see using the link.

So I ask myself... should this be possible in a link in the userinterface ?
