vBulletin and Kayako

Hello Craig,

I completed the setup. The group that is using the vBulletin Login share works, but all other groups belonging to a different template group do not work anymore. Before the integration, users of all template groups were able to use our default URL Domain Name Registration, E-mail, Web Hosting, but right now only the template group(default) which is integrated with vBulletin works. All other template groups do not work. What setting do I need such that all tempalte groups can still use the default URL.

Hi There,

Can someone there help me with the issue? As I have explained in my earlier posting, I have many template groups and right now the user belonging to any template group is able to login using the default url Company.com - incorporate, business email accounts, stock market investments, and more.

We integrated one of the template groups with vBulletin Login Share. Now only the users belonging to this template group are able to login. Users belonging to all other template groups are unable to login.

Can someone tell me what property needs to be set such that all users belonging to the different template groups can login.
