View All Tickets, Doesn't Show All Tickets! - 19-11-2007, 09:30 PM

I noticed that when I click on the "view all" link in the Staff panel to view all tickets, it actually only shows me the tickets that are marked as open. It doesn't show me tickets in the other statuses I created.

Even under View, Edit View, all three checkboxes are checked.

Any ideas?

See Manage Statuses -> Edit Status, you'll find the option there.q

I must be missing something. - 21-11-2008, 02:18 PM

I checked my statuses and noted that "New", "Open" and "On Hold" all have "Display in main listing" enabled. While "Closed" has it disabled.

However, I only see some tickets listed on the View All ticket list and not all. The Display in Ticket Count for those statuses show up correctly, but not all are showing on View All. The View All view hasn't been changed from defaults and includes, unassigned, assigned to me, and all tickets.

What am I missing?

I am on 3.30.02

Presuming you haven't modified your All Tickets view, and the three check boxes (Assigned to Me, Unassigned and All Tickets) are still checked, the other item that would control this would be your staff group.

Admin CP > Staff > Manage Groups, edit your staff group, make sure the setting "Can View All Tickets (Unassigned, Assigned to Self and Assigned to Others)" is on.

Yes. That option in all of the groups is turned on.
