View the "To:" recipient in Post Reply view - 14-10-2007, 12:24 AM

Maybe a silly question, but is there a way to view the "To:" field when in the "Post Reply" tab?

When multiple people are communicating in a single ticket, it can get confusing who the Reply is actually going to.

Click the edit tab instead. This will show all recipients, with the "to" address down near the bottom. You should be able to navigate to that tab and back without losing your reply.

Hi Bear, thanks for your answer. I tried that. I want to know who the current reply is going to - because I am not sure if it is the same as the ticket as a whole? Again, I want to see the from and to addresses for each post in the ticket, is that possible?

In the software all your replies by default are sent to the first email address using which the ticket was created. If you have added any CC or BCC email addresses in the ticket then your reply will be emailed to them as well.

It is possible to change the Ticket Properties during the course of the ticket. Is there any log or way to pull what each "raw" email looks like. It would be great for audit purposes. Incoming and outgoing would be great.
