| view tickets reports by group? -

In my present situation, we have various organisations which are our customers, and within them, multiple points of contact. To be able to manage this effectively, I have created a group for each organisation (each customer), and then each point of contact within the organisation as a user.
When viewing users, there is a facility to view their ticket history, or produce a simple ticket report, showing all their tickets and billable time, etc.
The only facility I've seen for doing this with groups is to view the group, and then search for tickets by group, and then specify a different view to contain the relevant information.
Is there any other way to go about seeing this information?
Or should this be a feature request?
