Where can I modify column width ?

I need to modify the column width in
Staff > View Tickets > Ticket List

Which template or file can I modify?

Tickets -> ticketlist

I believe the columns are governed by these declarations:

HTML Code:

<td class="tabletitlerow" align="center" valign="middle" colspan="" width="80">

The pattern will be obvious when you open up the template, though.

but i cannot find any data there tomodify columns like
Date
Subject
Full Name
Last Activity

It seems the width is defined in the Title as well as data cells...

Those are hard coded. I suggest you take a look inside /modules/tickets/

Sorry, my instructions were for the client support interface. There is little customisation that can be done to the staff control panel, as a lot of the HTML is hard coded.

If you have the owned licence, it should just be a case of finding the correct PHP file and editing the echo 'HTMLHERE' bits.
