Those are hard coded. I suggest you take a look inside /modules/tickets/ Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Sorry, my instructions were for the client support interface. There is little customisation that can be done to the staff control panel, as a lot of the HTML is hard coded. -------------------------------------------------------------------
