Craig is right, RSS is probably the best solution. The alternatives, such as manually scraping the external site, would be fairly horrible. -------------------------------------------------------------------

There are a number of PHPnuke plugins to teach PHPnuke to consume RSS. This would be a question best asked to the PHPnuke team, as Kayako uses a different bulletin board application and doesn't really know PHPnuke. -------------------------------------------------------------------
