This is possible to define Prefix that will be automatically populated in the e-mail sent to a customer (Queue Subject Prefix in Insert E-mail Queue). The option is available for tickets sent by e-mail. Please add the possibility to insert a prefix to the Subject line if a customer registered a ticket in the web interface
