| Ability to "Apply Email Rule" to departments. -

I would like the ability to apply an email rule (or even better, mass apply email rules) to ticket departments. This is needed since during the initial setup, most emails are already piped into a general department while rules and departments are created after.
If there are already 100 tickets in a department, this feature would filter out the tickets into the appropriate department without having to manually check and move them.
