Tickets Ability to attach third party posts to replies

Hi,

We work in software development and sometimes a 3rd party post will contain a useful file we wish to relay back to the customer with. At the moment staff need to manually save file attachments send by 3rd parties, then re-attach them to the customer reply.

Would it be possible for replies to show a list of all ticket attachments in the same way that forwards do?

There is a setting in Kayako which would allow clients to view Third Party replies which can be enabled under -- Admin CP > Settings > Tickets > General Ticket Settings > Users Can View Third-Party Replies

Change it to Yes.

Thanks, just to clarify though we don't want all 3rd party replies to be available just easily cherry pick attachments from 3rd parties that need to be relayed onto the customer by e-mail.
