| Ability to forward Live Support messages on a per-department basis -

Hi everyone,
We recently purchased SupportSuite and noticed that after a chat the user is presented with a "leave a message" option. This message goes to the Live Support messages and there is no notification anywhere.
In order to actually see the new message we decided to forward those messages, but then saw that you can only forward to one email, and not on a per-department basis.
So my feature requests are as follows:
1. Be able to see new messages in the dashboard, or have some kind of alert.
2. Be able to forward those messages either globally, or on a per-department basis.
