I would like to have the ability to create multiple user groups so that I can set different permissions for each. But from my understanding after talking to live support that since we are using ADloginshare this is not possible. Here is one reason to why I would like to see this added feature: The ability to have my staff create their own knowledgebase that can be viewed from the support center while end users can only see their knowldegebase and outside users see no knowledgebase. |
