| New Member | Active Directory login share selecting staff members -

I would like to request a feature to be added to Kayako. I would like to be able to select staff members from active directory, or from registered users regardless of which loginshare is used. This would make staff management much easier. in a large organization, with password policies, it is a pain for staff members to keep their password sycned as well as being able to terminate their login by deactivating their account in the AD. Thanks for your consideration. Ken. |
