Tickets Adding User Group Field

I would like to see this feature added. To have what "User Group" the author of the ticket is in, as one of the availible fields when viewing the ticket list. As of now you cannot view that, you have to create a filter.

This would be very useful if you are catering various types of clients depending upon priority. Makes sense, +1 for this.
