| Admin side feature to control order of tickets from oldest to newest -

I find that when we get a lot of tickets incoming, my techs tend to ignore the tickets that got pushed back a c page or 2 down the way and only answer the new tickets that come in. I would like to have an admin side control where I can change the order of the tickets from oldest to newest and newest to oldest. Currently there is only a setting to control the old/new order for the actual ticket replies but not a way to do it with tickets on the admin panel. |
