I think archiving would be an added bonus. Something like another table in the DB to hold the archived tickets/records, A date field in the Admin to give an age before archiving & an option in the search box to include archived results. The reason for two tables is so that all the tickets will be available to be searched, but the SQL performance of Kayako would be increased. This could be optional as well, as some Kayako users only get a handful of tickets. But for heavy ticket usage this might be a bonus. Thanks, --Phill Reliable Source / Reliable Sources |
