| Assign Multiple Send from Addresses to a Department -

I have a configuration that includes multiple departments and muliple email queues. In general this will be like:
WebSite#1
- email.website1.com
- email.website1.co.uk
- email.website1.com.au
WebSite#2
- email.website2.com
- email.website2.co.uk
- email.website2.com.au
Each of those email queues is also a Template / Group.
Under this configuration Tickets that are kept under their source email address and assigned template group so that the default response email address is the one as assigned to the queue/group that received the ticket.
Naturally as there are multiple queues in the department these email addresses are available to the staff respondant.
What I want to do is is be able to set up another department, that will be able to hold tickets (read escallations) from Multiple Entities but have all the responder email addresses available to the Staff who reply. For example:
Administration
- support@website1.com
- support@website1.co.uk
- support@website1.com.au
- support@website2.com
- suppotr@website2.co.uk
- support@website2.com.au
Currently as I can see it a department will only respond as the email addresses of:
1. Assigned queue
2. System Default
3. User Email
What I need is all E-mails or at least some way of assigning them. Is this possible? |
