Associate chat session with tickets - 25-02-2008, 03:52 PM

It would be great to have the chance to associate a livechat transcription/session to a Ticket.


Very often, clients open a ticket to support and 10 seconds after they opened the ticket, they start a chat session regarding the same issue. If you fix it via LiveChat, then you can reply the ticket saying that it was solved on ".... Chat session" and a link to that chat transcription.

I'd personally like a way of simply assigning a chat to a user and then that user has the ability to login and view all chat transcripts rather than have them as tickets.
