I was working on user groups and reporting.
I have 3 main user groups, 3 departments, and 3 template groups for each of the 3 products that our company is selling.
Because we support multiple companies on each of our 3 products I want a way to organize these companies under each template group.
I spoke to Kayako and was told that I can only have one user group associated with one template group. I guess I have a few request here:
- Can I have more than one user group associated to 1 template group?
- OR can I create sub user groups under the main user group for that template group.
- Can you expland the reporting to be able to report:
- tickets by user group
- tickets by sub user group
This will allow me to provide finer reporting to our customers for info like # of tickets submitted, who submitted what and how many tickets per user.
As well, for our own purposes, we could see the overall look at how many tickets were submitted by company.
