One of the things that has kind of annoyed me lately is the auto refresh feature. It works great, however if I am using a filtered view, when the page refreshes, instead of refreshing the filtered view, it goes back to the main "Manage Tickets" page. Any chance this can be fixed so that when it refreshes, it remains on the filtered view? Thanks! -steve |
