Hey guys, I think a great feature would be to give the ability to choose which department to initiate a chat with (when monitoring your site). For instance a few of our operators are in Sales and Support, it is crucial that they initiate the chat with the correct department or else the customer (or potential customer) would be confused. I don't think so. When I attempted to initiate a chat, it did not let me choose which department and the user was given "Development" instead of "Support" and were confused. If it is, let me know how this is possible! Thanks! |
