Combine client email addresses - 14-05-2008, 12:32 PM

Hi,

I'm sure this is something we would all like implemented - searched the feature request forums and couldn't find anything so have opened this thread.

As we all know, clients sometimes use different email addresses to submit tickets, and would be extremely helpful to have the ability to move all tickets created or assigned to an email address, to another email address.

I hope this can be implemented asap.

This is covered under the request for V4 to tag tickets to account rather than email address.
