Hi,
I found a problem with the contact management of Kayako support suite.
There is no way I can save contact no (Phone, fax etc) in contact list. Though there is a option while creating a phone ticket to save the phone no but when I merge it with any other tickets, the phone no is lost

In any customer support center, its common that a same customer might interact via emails AND/OR phone for the same issue/request. I think there should also be an option to insert the phone post in between a normal ticket.
How can I save my customer contact details (eg phone, address and other details)?
