Another feature request: it would be nice if you could change a field type from the edit interface. I currently have a "select multiple" that I want to change into a "select" and several from "select" to "radio", but I can't do that without deleting and adding them again.

I agree. It would save recreating it if you created it one type of field and wish to change it to another.
