Hello,
Here's the setup: we have a support center that is localized to three languages and there is one department that is used to handle all technical support requests in all three languages. In future there might be other departments for other types of issues for all three languages.
This setup works otherwise OK, except that we run into problems when creating Custom Fields to user tickets: they are bound only to departments! This means that the Custom Fields cannot be localized (i.e. their title and description and group name are the same for all languages). This is a small blocker for us since the need for Custom Fields will increase in the future as our support center evolves. Therefore I request that in future releases the Custom Fields can be bound to templates in addition to departments. This would make the addition of localized Custom Fields more convenient in the single department - multiple languages scheme.
Do anyone of you fellow Kayako users have similar needs? |
