Custom fields -> Groups need a "display order" across group types - 13-05-2007, 01:22 AM

As it is now, you can set display order within a group "type" e.g. "Staff & User Ticket Creation" or "Staff Ticket Creation" but there is no control of which of these 2 group types is first iin your tickets, which makes the "display order" of limited value.

This becomes very apparent when you have certain fields that display for staff and certain fields that display for clients and staff. The "Staff Ticket" fields always appear first no matter what the "display order" number is.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.

It would also be nice if we could set where we want these custom feilds to appear within the ticket creation window. I requested this info in another thread as well. Currently for me, some of my custom feilds appear at the bottom of the staff ticket creation window which is useless, it needs to appear below the subject feild and above the content box for example.
