Hi, Could I request a feature to allow selection of the default email address used for a department? I have multiple email queues for each department and at the moment, the one that's added last using the admin CP appears to get selected when someone creates a new ticket. I need to add some new addresses and this therefore causes an issue. Thanks, Richard Seabrook. |

You might want to have a look at this bug: http://bugs.kayako.com/index.php?cmd=view&id=32 Similar kind of thing (though no feature attached) it should use the queue you assign... RIch Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client (i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles. Cheers! |
