I would like the option to disable the round robin selection for the live response module. For my installation I do not need the round robin - what I need is for the pending chat to wait, and the staff to specifically select that client. |

I would like something similar but i would like to be able to prioritize the operators. For instance have operator A receive all chats until they have their set max chat windows open, in that case proceed to operator b. Is this possible? |

Not currently. Please open new feature requests, rather than adding to existing ones. It's easier for us to keep track of things that way. -------------------------------------------------------------------
