I would love to see some sort of distribution list so you would be able to do the following:

• Create a new ticket where you choose which email the ticket should be sent from (aka the reply email address).
• Choose (or add) all the people who should be in the specific list.
• An option that makes it possible for you to save this list for future use (with the same persons you added) and an option to name the distribution list so it can easily be found again.
• An option that makes it posssible to edit the list of people on the list.
• together with the option of which signature you would like to include (a previous feature request)

+1 for me, this would be huge. I use my old ticketing system for this still (OTRS). to make a custom dist list would be a big plus for me.

Maybe in the admin setup might have the Dist lists avaliable like checkbox options on the group or user page.

I like these ideas. This looks to be a sort of outbound only mailing-list adaptation; is that how you had intended it?

I'll look into maybe implementing these for v4 teamwork. No promises yet; there are a lot of things I have to look into before I know whether this is realistic.

Jep - for me that would be an outbound list.
Hope to see it in the 4th version - that would be awsome.
