I did not find anything on the subject so here it is: An essential part of my offerings depends on downloads. I would very much like to know which client (the download section is for registered users only in our case) downloaded what product and when. So information per client, per download and download category would be great... |

On my site (Kayako STABLE 3.10.02) all downloads are protected, meaning users must login before accessing the downloads. Is there any way to track which user has downloaded which file? |

Jensen, No I do not believe this is currently possible. Kayako maintains a record of the number of files downloaded by the users but does not maintain any such per user data records. I would like to see this functionality too. You should be able to go to a download and it should say something like the following :- Quote:
