I would like to see the "views" and "filters" become 1 category "Views" and you can specify your default view as an individual user with filter rules (if you want). This way when it auto-refreshes it doesn't take you back to a view and away from a filter. This makes it hard for our departments to see only tickets that pertain to them on a constant refreshing basis. The Auto-Refresh tool is priceless when it comes to meeting customers SLA's.

To clarify. The issue I'm having is if our network engineer is responsible for 3 "departments":

Network Issues
IP Requests
Cancellations

I want him to be able to constantly refresh his screen and see only the categories (on hold/open) mentioned above with a filter rule. However, when his screen refreshes it takes him back to the default view or some other view which isn't capable of filtering status etc...
