Global setting for 'Default Ticket Status When Replying' - 15-04-2008, 03:57 AM

Dear all,

What are your thoughts on having a global setting in which will be similar to the staff (individual) setting of "Default Ticket Status When Replying,"

i believe it would be beneficial to be able to automatically (after responding) to a ticket have it on hold or closed?

There should be a global setting and a setting to say if the user can change this.
