You can do this by going Admin CP -> Templates -> Manage Templates -> Live Support -> chatimage Just edit the URLs of each image. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

I agree it is overkill and hope Kayako will allow selection of different buttons each time the code is generated thus to allow the same live response to be seamlessly used across multiple sites a company may own. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
