UNKNOWN How to manually add Users without specifying a password?

I recall that someone in the forum mentioned that it is possible to add Users (in Staff CP) manually, without having to specifiy a password (i.e., to let eSupport create a random password).

However, when we enter Users manually without specifying a password, eSupport report an error (e.g., "required fields are empty" or something like that).

Any ideas?

No, I don't think this is possible. Random passwords are only used when a user submits a ticket but has no account.
