Misc / General Images included in emails

When an email is received where the images are included in the body of the email (e.g. the user has cut/pasted a screenshot into their email) the supportsuite displays broken images where they should be. While the images are attached down the bottom this is very frustrating when the user has pasted multiple screen shots with explanations and trying to match them up. Having it so it displayed properly would make things far easier for our staff.

Displaying the images inline could be a hassle and potentially dangerous.

But what could be done is replace the image with a link to the attached image - so then you would access to the images in the order of which they were placed in the original email/ticket.

That would be better than what we have now, though I'd still prefer having an option to display it.
