Improve Ticket-reply usability - 02-04-2008, 09:23 AM

I really like SupportSuite, but i miss 2 things in the Ticket-Reply-View:

1. when using predefined reply, add the text to the current cursor position, not just to the end of the message

2. quote user posts with special configurable chars like this:

I'd like to see both of these. Currently a long section of quoted text stops looking like quoted text. I realize it's easier to do it the way it now is, but...

Ditto with pre-defined replies. Although I imagine that with the idiosyncracies of javascript pasting permissions, pasting at the insertion point might be a lot more troublesome...
