Currently, the search feature in the Support Suite for the Knowledgebase and the Troubleshooter is based on the content of the article. We would like to see the Subject/Title information be included in the search. On some of our shorter articles, such as for the iPhone, we refer to it in the Subject, but not in the content because it is repetitive and doesn't flow well. Now, we are having to include this in the contents as well in order for it to be searchable and members have commented. Would love to see this included in an upcoming release! Kimberly Griego STCU |
