Info on who a "Reply" was sent to.. - 29-02-2008, 02:50 PM

When you forward a ticket, in between each posted response you get a nice confirmation of exactly who it was sent to / from - for example:

"Forwarded To: xyz@somecompany.com E-mail: myemail@mycompany.com"


PLEASE can this same information also be listed on a standard "Reply" email. At the moment you dont get a any information about who it was sent TO on a standard reply.

Is this to be fixed / included in an upcoming release? Not even a response from Kayako. Typical!
