Hi there, Currently there is no sufficient demand for us to develop OSX coutnerparts to our desktop applications. However, we are looking into offering some kind of platform-independent alternative to the LiveResponse desktop application (allowing you to track visitors and chat with visitors). At the moment this will either be based on a technology like Adobe Flex or will be browser-based. We hope to have something more desktop oriented than a browser-based solution, but this is undecided. With regards to InstaAlert, there are no plans to offer a platform independant alternative at the moment; but this may change as research into such solutions progresses. Please stay tuned ![]() -------------------------------------------------------------------
