Hello Ticketing system in SalesForce.com is really ****. Why not having a look at Appexchange to integrate eSupport into SalesForce.com CRM ? I think a lot of SFDC customers would be interested if they read this feature request! |

Hi Cadey, Thanks for the suggestion. I am not sure how popular integration would be (it would be a big project to replace the internal ticketing functionality in SalesForce), so will leave the request open here. -------------------------------------------------------------------
