Internal "Troubleshooter" &/or "Knowledge Base" - 28-04-2008, 03:08 PM

I would like an internal Trouble Shooter & / or Knowledge Base just like the customer views (NOT THE WYSIWYG EDITOR).

This way I could train new staff very easily on the process of handling ticket requests.
