I would love to preview the kb article / news article I am currently working on without having to publish it. Currently when something is private or a draft, you cant see it how the customer sees it without publishing, which is counterintuitive. Also, it causes the view count to go up as it takes several iterations to fix all the font etc issues, so by the time it is truly ready for customers it says viewed 10 times+. Anyway, just have a popup or something either from the editing screen or from the list. Just like this forum which has a "preview post" button... Thanks! |
